Coins. ph is available for deposits. Open the cashier, select Coins. ph, and follow the payment instructions displayed on screen. The amount appears in your account balance once the Coins. ph transaction is completed on your end.
Bank transfer via InstaPay is listed in the cashier for accounts where it has been enabled. Check your Wallet tab to see whether this option is active for your account; the receiving bank details are shown there after selection.
Every deposit and withdrawal your yyphvip account processes generates a reference entry you can match against your e-wallet history. The Account History screen under the Wallet tab shows each transaction with a status label, a timestamp and an internal reference code. When GCash or Maya sends you a transaction receipt, the amount, date and time on that receipt should align with the corresponding entry in your account history.
Every transaction in your account history carries an internal reference code. Copy this code before contacting support — it is the fastest way for our team to locate your specific transfer in the processing queue and confirm its current state.
Account history entries carry one of three labels: Pending, Completed or Failed. Pending means the transfer is still being processed; Completed means the balance has moved; Failed means the transfer did not go through and your funds were not debited or have been returned.
The Account History screen is under Wallet in your account dashboard. It lists every deposit and withdrawal in reverse chronological order. Use the date filter to narrow entries when you are matching a specific wallet receipt to its account record.
Save the GCash, Maya or Coins. ph transaction receipt until the matching account history entry shows Completed status. The receipt's transaction ID combined with your account reference code is what resolves delayed-transfer queries — screenshots from your e-wallet app are sufficient.
Account and transaction security on yyphvip operates across four areas: domain integrity, identity verification, wallet ownership confirmation, and a direct support path. None of these steps are barriers — they are the mechanism that keeps your balance, your withdrawal destination and your account credentials from being altered by anyone other than you.

Account verification ties your account to a real identity document. This step is required before your first withdrawal is processed. The documents accepted and the upload path are shown inside the Account Verification section of your dashboard after login.
Withdrawals return funds only to the e-wallet number registered and verified on your account. We match the wallet to the account holder during verification so that payouts cannot be redirected to an unregistered number without a formal update request.
Our support channel is accessible from the Help icon in the account menu. For transaction disputes, share your account reference code and your e-wallet receipt. Support can trace a transfer's status and escalate cases where a completed wallet debit shows no matching account credit.

Log in to your yyphvip account and tap the Wallet tab at the top of the screen. Select Deposit and choose your method — GCash, Maya or Coins. ph — from the options displayed for your account.
Type the deposit amount inside the amount field. The cashier screen shows the minimum and maximum for the selected method. Do not enter a figure outside that range; the system will reject it and ask you to adjust before continuing.
After submitting the deposit request, switch to your GCash, Maya or Coins. ph app and approve the outgoing transfer. The approval step happens on your phone — the yyphvip cashier screen waits for the e-wallet confirmation before updating your balance.
Once your e-wallet confirms the transaction, return to the Wallet tab and check your balance. The deposit entry also appears in Account History with a Completed status and a timestamp you can match against your e-wallet receipt.
Withdrawals send your account balance back to the e-wallet registered on your account — GCash or Maya depending on what you verified during account setup. Open the Wallet tab, select Withdraw, and the cashier displays only the methods linked to your verified account details.
Log in, tap Wallet and select Withdraw. The cashier shows your verified payout method — the GCash or Maya number tied to your account. Confirm that the destination number shown is correct before entering an amount.
Type the amount you want to withdraw. The screen displays your current withdrawable balance and the minimum for the method. Enter a figure within those bounds; the system will flag any amount outside the permitted range before you confirm.
The system runs an account verification check at this step. If your identity documents are already confirmed, the withdrawal proceeds. If not, you are directed to the Account Verification section to upload the required documents before the withdrawal can continue.
Submit the withdrawal request. The entry appears in Account History with a Pending status immediately. Once the transfer reaches your GCash or Maya app, the status updates to Completed. Keep your e-wallet receipt until you see that update.
Account verification on yyphvip links your account to a confirmed identity and a registered e-wallet number. This is a one-time process that you complete before your first withdrawal is approved. The verification section is inside your account dashboard — look for Account Verification under the profile menu after login.
Log in and go to the profile menu. Select Account Verification. The screen lists the documents required and the upload fields for each. Read the requirements before uploading to avoid a resubmission due to image quality or document type.
A valid Philippine government-issued ID is the primary document. Upload a clear image of the front and back as instructed on the verification screen. Blurry or cropped images will be flagged; the dashboard shows the reason if a submission needs to be resubmitted.
During verification, the system checks that the GCash or Maya number on your account matches the wallet registered in your name. If the numbers do not align, the verification screen provides a correction path before the account is marked as confirmed.
After submitting your documents, the Account Verification section shows a Pending status. When the check is complete, the status updates to Verified inside your dashboard. You receive a notification, and withdrawals become available from the Wallet tab immediately after.

Check your GCash, Maya or Coins. ph app to confirm the outgoing transaction was approved. If the e-wallet shows a completed debit but your account balance has not updated, copy the account history reference code from the Wallet tab and contact support with that code and your e-wallet receipt.
The minimum withdrawal amount is shown directly on the cashier screen when you select your payout method. We do not publish a fixed figure here because the amount displayed in your account is specific to your method and account tier. Check the Withdraw screen for the current figure.
Withdrawals go only to the GCash or Maya number verified on your account. To change the registered number, contact support through the Help menu and follow the wallet update process shown there. We do not redirect payouts to unregistered numbers for account security.
A Pending status means the transfer is still in the processing queue. Check that your account verification is marked as Verified in the dashboard — unverified accounts hold withdrawal requests at this stage. If verification is complete and the status has not changed, contact support with the transaction's reference code.
Deposits can be made before full account verification is complete. However, withdrawals require a Verified account status. We recommend completing the verification steps in the Account Verification section early so there is no hold when you want to withdraw for the first time.
